Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period.

Beautiful Sunday here.  The shopping trip started out stressful but ended perfect.  We found dresses at Macy's that both teenagers could agree on which none of us ever thought would happen.  My granddaughter was determined she was going with the long cotton dress, sandals and a headband. Where do teenagers get the idea that it is all about them.  I lived through those years once and I'm Thanking God that I won't have to again.  Although....My 80 yr. old Mother is starting to be a handful.

Have a wonderful day LW's!!  I'm hoping it's an easy week at work so I can spend time with my LW friends during my lunch!!!

I am so happy we are having some rain....it's been over a 100 here for the past several days.  The rain has brought the temps down and I am loving it.  Hope you get sunshine soon and I get to keep the rain for a few days!broken heart

Hi Roz,

I must have missed who you were buying dresses for.  I got to my nieces house Friday and she had turned off her internet since she is moving - no internet for 2 days-YIKES!!  I did have my iphone, but we were so busy getting ready for my other nieces baby shower we hardly had time to do anything else.  I was so tired when I got home last night.  I need a nap this afternoon, but have too many things I need to get done.

I see my 8 year old already starting to be a teenage drama queen.  I taught junior high for years and know its going to get worse.  I'm wondering if I can volunteer for the Mars travel program and come back when she's grown.

So, I have been averaging about 800 calories, 50 carbs, and 50 proteins. I got to get the protein up, but I'm really low on protein powder. I can't buy any more for a few weeks.   Getting paid once a month is sometimes a pain.

Today's plan

B: coffee w/o pprotein

L: protein shake

s: cheese and cherry tomatoes

D: chicken and broccoli

s: protein pudding

s: cottage cheese

Cals 850  Carbs 43   Prot  105   Water: 32 so far    Vites: morning done
