Sorry I am late!!! I expected someone to have started the M&M by now. My Manager is going on vacation for 2 weeks and she had me hoping today. No snacks today and I am starving! I think it has been a long time since I actually left my tummy go until it felt hungry.

Woah - that really isn't much food, you really must've been busy!!
I've had a sore eye for a couple of days now and I finally got to see the optician today (it was the earliest they could see me) and they immediately referred me to the ER stat. Turns out I have keratitis which can be serious but I think we got it early enough. I have antibiotic drops to put in my eye every couple of hours and I return to the hospital on Monday for a check!! :-S I guess it keeps life interesting! ;-)

Home from Blowing Rock. I had a totally delightful time and the weather was wonderful. We had a little rain 2 days but lots of sun also and I got to drive the trails everyday. Halley was one tired pony but she was great. We are both happy to be home. We have really terrific cooks and food. I ate too much and did eat some carbs but mostly did fine. I'm sure I will be up a little but it won't last. Lots of fresh veggies in the garden now and that and protein will be what I live on for the next weeks.

I'm looking at your guys meals and you all don't eat much. Maybe I'm eating too much. I don't use my protein drinks anymore. Only if im running late and have no time for breakfast. I eat most days only 3 times a day. Protein first. I dont post my meals because it seems i get busy and dont eat what was planned, but i dO stick to healthy. I wonder if i replaced my meals with drinks i would see 120s, but i dont know if i could live on liquids. If you all started eating solid food would you gain?
