Beautiful day after the storm. Our area got hit hard with rain and flooding. A tornado touched down about 1/2 hour away but disintegrated before it got to our area. We had the most colorfull double rainbows over our house that I have ever seen.

Wow, I'm glad you escaped the weather. We're having continued sunshine here.
I have a poorly eye at the mo. I see the optician on Friday and will find out if it's a tear from my lenses, infection, allergy or what. I've worn lenses for 20 years and never had anything like this before so I'm in glasses 'til I get the green light from the optician. My eye's red and painful and my eyeball feels swollen... who ever knew that an eyeball could feel swollen.

Good Morning Roz,
My sample pack of Nectar arrived last night, so the next week will be a week of experiments drink wise.
I do have a question though, how many calories should I be consuming? My surgeon asks about the size of my meals and the amount of protein I’m getting but not the calories. I also have a question about vitamins. Does anyone else feel sick after taking theirs?
