Hope you are feeling better tonight. I had to travel today so I've been gone all day and went by DS's house to see the grandbabies on the way home - made for a really LONG day, but worth it!!
B: Protein Decaf Coffee

2nd B: Turkey Sausage Crumbles, Cheese
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L: Sliced Deli Ham, Turkey & Roast Beef, Greek Yogurt Cream Cheese
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D: Red Lobster Fried Flounder, tarter sauce(190 calories for one container-should have skipped it)
S: Protein Hot Chocolate
Vitamins: Done
Water/Fluids: 120 ozs
Miles: Only in the car

I'm feeling much better today.....well, I haven't eaten anything yet but I think I am. Isn't it amazing no matter how tired we are Grand babies are worth it......!
Do you heat up the crumbles and melt cheese on them? I haven't seen greek yogurt cream cheese. Is it in with the other cream cheeses? How does it taste?
I'm not into tarter sauce but the Flounder sounds delish.

I melted the cheese on a paper plate and then put the crumbles on it and heated a little more. After it cools a little, I take a paper towel and soak some of the fat off the cheese(I use real full fat cheese)..
It is Green Mountain(I think) and it is with the other cream cheese - I found it at Walmart. It has better stats and I can't tell any difference in it and the other cream cheese.
