WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period.
Yesterday was the first time I actually got to eat since having food stuck. I had soup at lunch and it went down really slow and I experienced some tightness. I ate popcorn before bed and it went down easily but then today I had a small Wendy's chili for lunch and I got the hiccups before I was done. There is either some chicken still stuck or I am just irritated. I'm going to continue my Papaya and liquids and hopefully if it is just irritation it will heal or what's left in there will go down.

Not much going on here. My vitamins are not sitting well (normal for me since my surgery 12/06/12) and not looking forward to taking my noon vitamins.
B: Vanilla protein shake w/ sf caramel and coffee syrup 30g
P: SF pink lemonade w/ double Unjury Strawberry Sorbet powder 42g
L: ¼ cup ground turkey w/ cooked baby spinach, quinoa and 1T lf cottage cheese
S: ¼ cup LF Greek yogurt w/ SF jam
P: SF pink lemonade w/ Unjury Strawberry Sorbet powder 21g
D: ¼ cup ground turkey w/ cooked baby spinach, quinoa and 1T lf cottage cheese
S: Chocolate protein shake w/ sf raspberry syrup 30g
Water: working on it – 80 – 110ozs.

Granddaughters doing great. She had her recheck this morning and they don't need to see her unless my DD has a concern....thanks for asking!
My supplements used to bother me too but now I take most of them before bed and by morning they don't bother me.

Hopefully you're past the worst of it and things will only improve.
It's my 10 year wedding anniversary so I went out to dinner with DH tonight - yay!! :-D
I also finally added my surgery date as it's annoying that you can't see siggies on mobiles and if you enter the date properly in your profile you can.

I don't use mobile service but I do like to see the surgery information at the top when I started reading a post. It really helps a lot. Do you remember where you posted it at on the site? I never know where to tell posters to find it.

I'm feeling great....even better than great! Food sticking is a norm for me. I need to find something that is low sugar that I can dip meat into.
