Do you eat many soy products? I did eat soy nuts dry roasted, not going to any more!

I will continue to eat soy because I don't get my nutritional advice from people who believe vaccines cause autism -- something that has been disproven over and over and over.
There are positives and negatives to soy. I wouldn't make it a large part of my diet. But I wouldn't make any one thing a large part of my diet anyway.
In fact, I am a lot more worried about post-ops who get most of their nutrition from protein shakes (past the first couple of months when that's pretty much the only way to get nutrition). Not because I have anything against protein shakes -- I have them all the time -- but because getting 50% or more of your calories from only one food source is always a bad idea and most protein shakes are make from whey (milk).

I read this . Soy ( and cows milk both ) contain a lot of estrogen ... which is great if you have hot flashes or wrinkled skin or trying to grow bigger boobies ... not so great if you are looking for definition or improved athletic performance .
I personally eat very little tofu perhaps because I have naturally high estrogen levels and it kind of makes me sick . Its funny cuz many people expect vegetarians to virtually live on tofu products .
Ironic that even edamame turn out to be not so great 4 U ...
