Sunday Weigh In
Foamies are from eating too fast or too much or not chewing well enough. So it's kind of up to you when they leave. Some people never get them (I hate them!) Some people, like me, are more stubborn. I still get them once in a blue moon at 4.5 years out. But I found they got less and less as time went on both because everything opened up more that first year, I got better at chewing well, and I got better at eating slower, and I got better at stopping when I was done.
But sometimes I forget and gobble my food, still.

Thanks you confirm what I was thinking and another thought that maybe i wasn't sitting up straight because I thought i ate slowly and chewed well. Will have to be more aware of how i am eating.
This week 144.
I'll take it. Better than a gain. Especially with all the poor choices I made over the last few days. I can do great for awhile, but then it seems as if I always have a couple of bad days every month. Not like bad before my surgery, but just poor choices. The closer I get to goal, my will power seems weaker. This is scary and I need to get a handle on it.
Jennifer
Jennifer...you did good to stay put.
Now, plan ahead...make sure you have good stuff in the house, not bad for you stuff. No food is bad, just not the options we need to make sometimes.

Doing good. It may still be too early for solids but when you do, remember ONE tiny bite at a time. If putting your food on a child's plate and using baby spoons/forks to eat with helps your visual, use them.

Gail, going up a 1 to 2 lbs and then it coming back off is fine. It's a steady climb we want to avoid and not get complacent even for just a lb or 2.

Good for you, Trish...and looks like you are heading into a new decade as well.
