This week 143.5

Got my body fat measured yesterday (in a water tank):

      4/3/13 body fat 28%

      7/6/13 body fat 19%; lost 16 pounds oF fat and gained one pound of muscle in three months...I can't believe it.

I eat about 1200 cals/day, work out with trainer 4x/week. I eat a bit more on workout days. These days, every bite and every bicep curl counts. It's tough.

So strenght training. Do you do other workouts as well or just that?

cardio at least 30 mins 4x/week (jog/treadmill, elliptical, bike)

and misc hiking, other activities

going down down....I like

?? do foamies ever leave? or is this something I will be living with forever?

So proud of myself yesterday, went with the kids to a wild animal preserved park  I drank my protein drink not knowing that they were going to stop at McD the old me would have order anyway but I said no and just "enjoy" the scent. I need to have more days like this just say no thank you
