Labs-Good News

I had my labs done and everything was improved, my Ferritin, hematocrit and calcium (all I've gotten back so far).  My Ferritin went from 76 in March to 94 today.  My hematocrit went from 34.7 a month ago to 36.7 today.  I guess all that iron and calcium I have been taking is finally doing it's job.  Of course I am taking pills all day long but at least it is making a difference.  Now I am waiting on my appointment for another Reclast infusion.

Glad to hear your results and that your ferritin is improving.  I am really hoping with my iron infusion, and taking more iron each day, that mine will go up and stay up.  Hard to space out all these supplements though!

p.s. I want to see the new bike!   kiss

Alas, I wound up returning the bike.  It's just not in the budget.  My daughter turned 18 in June and with that went her support :(  I opened my online bank balance and reality hit that 1/3 of my income is no more so I took the bike back.  Fortunately I still have one bike left, not my dream bike but at least I have something to ride.  I just told myself that they aren't going to stop selling the bike any time soon and if my financial situation picks up I can always buy it at a later date.

Congrats on the labs! ;-)  I had a mo-ped stolen once and I replaced it with an old rusty bike as I hoped that nobody would want to steal a rusty bike - maybe that'll have to be the upside of riding a bike that isn't your dream one... that it won't get stolen.

Sorry you had to return the bike but I can understand why budget wise.  This way you may find the used bike of your dreams....you are good at hunting these out.

Blessings to you and the bike fairy!!
