Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period.

Did you have a Great 4th of July?  The waterpark was fun.  I spent my time in the baby /toddler section and watching over the 3 little ones during their nap times.  The little stinkers all took their naps at a different time.  My son-in-law got home about 1:00am.  I was worried about staying home alone but I was so worn out I didn't have time to worry.  I was out about 15 minutes after I got home.  Ohio is really flat so in every direction we looked there were beautiful fireworks going off.  There was one town in the distance that we thought we were watching their Grand Finale but it just went on and on miles....simply beautiful.

Morning Roz,

We had planned on going to a BBQ but it was too hot to be outside so we stayed home until dark and then went and watched the fireworks from the roof of the parking garage at work.

Had to work today (1 of 3 people in the entire office of 16).  The heat wave has broken so they say but we'll see.

Have a wonderful day,

Susan

It's hard for me to switch flavors too.  I order my protein 6 months at a time and I still run out sometimes...LOL

Sounds Good!

Hi Roz,

Haven't been able to do much around here lately because of the rain.  DDG#2 fell at my sister in laws yesterday and hit her head on the coffee table, had to go to the ER.  She busted her forehead open really good.  They don't do stitches, but used glue and said it would not cause scars like stitches to.  She's fine, but her poor parents are flipping out!!

Bad eating day today....

Hi Roz, I'm having a great July generally as the weather is gorgeous - it's not quote got too hot, it's just perfect.

I saw an old Vitalady post where she says she only counts the protein from shakes - in that case I only got 70g today, yikes!!  I could probably work in one more a day if it's that important, not today though as I only just read that! :-(
