Unpacked my scale today
I had mixed emotions about taking the scale out. I hadn't weighed in in over 2 weeks. In those 2 weeks, I've eaten a lot of crap since my cooking stuff was packed.
I gained only 1.5 pounds in that time. I'm relieved but can't help thinking that if I had stuck to my plan in the two weeks,, I could be in the 170s.
Happy 4th of July

35 pounds of regain!!! 30 lost!!! Just a little more to go.
Don't look back, it is what it is and it isn't so bad. If we all had done what we should have done for all those years, we wouldn't have needed surgery in the first place. So now you know what to do and how to do it so just get on with it. You'll have that gone in no time!!!!

Lauren - 1.5 lbs is very manageable - especially for you! You've had a lot of stresses and challenges thrown your way lately and that will knock anyone off-kilter.
Heck - I gain 1.5 lbs by just looking at carbs not eating them!
