We are going to a Waterpark in Ohio, so I need someone to start M&M for me tomorrow. SIL and I are traveling home that night because we have to work so I will be able to post on Friday.
Well LW's I did much better yesterday and so far today with not snacking. Yesterday I did eat 1 walnut that fell out of the bag and about 10 SF Hershey baking chips but that was a huge improvement on the past week. So far today nothing but my Protein drinks and my planned sandwich have crossed my lips.
Protein: Matrix Mint Cookie 35g.
