This week: 141.2
-.6
Lowest I have ever been in my adult life. I thought i was done losing at 146. I stayed stable there for several months. Now I am in my hometown again and the weight started dropping again. Probably due to all my physical activity. I am no****ching carbs, just making sure I eat my protein first.
WTG, Danni...just keep at it...and let your body decide where to land.
