Good morning. Text me, please!

Seriously, I lost most of my contacts and all my texts. Please text me and tell me who you are. My phone lost it's software again and had to be replaced. I only just had it replaced for the same issue in October. I have a whole new batch of analysts at work and government leads...dang it!  Oh, and I get to go back through blocking all the old scammers and sales call phone numbers....

Not sure how it works but our contacts (with at&t) are stored in the cloud so you can retrieve them if your phone dies.  May want to check that :)

I think the only ones that came back were on the SIM card. I need instructions on the cloud.  :)

My DH does all the techy stuff with our phones.  I dont understand it at all.  I use my iphone for almost nothing but calling/texting.  Ocasionally I will check email or look at OH, but even those DH set me up an icon, so i just touch it LOL

DONE!  Boy that's a pain!  We have backup assistant on ours.  One of my DD's day care kids dropped hers in the pool and she was so upset over her contacts but Verizon had them all saved.

I have an IPhone and I always back it up but I also have the Cloud.  Check out back up apps if you have a smart phone and definitely look into the cloud.

My iPhone saves all that to the cloud without me doing a thing once I told it to save all contacts. (told it to save other stuff too).

I sent mine to you Gina.  My iphone backs up also, but it is not doing it now because I have too many pictures on it and am not willing to buy more storage space!!
