I have done my first round of mulit, K, calcuim.
2 protein coffees before water cardio, then eggbeaters, kale and cheese. Yummmm
I have added another protein drink in the late afternoon, actually exchanging it for my 4:00 meal. Calories probabaly end up less, carbs about the same, protein a little more. so all in all, ok so far.
I have a driving clinic tomorrow and a show on Sunday. Busy weekend. Hope the thunderstorms stay away.

Started my day with iron + C, so no coffee or shake yet. Need to wait an hour
2. what did you have for breakfast?
Usually have my just coffee. Today, I'm having chocolate SF custard I made last night. I love that stuff with berries on it.
3. Have you increased your fluids now that is it hot? Any tips for others?
I have increased my fluids. It's just starting to warm up again after the rains. Very mild summer so far.
I don't have any tips for others. I don't drink enough fluids myself. I do put SF cranberry juice in my water for taste and sweetness, and that helps me sip all evening.
4. Weekend plans?
Load up the car and dog and start driving. Off to North Dakota to meet up with tons of relatives.
I hope you have a great trip. My family never does reunions and I envy those that do.
I don't mind driving but used to get sleepy and that scared me. Now that I am off caffeine, I can add a little real coffee to decaf when I start getting sleepy and I am wide awake.

1 mini protein donut I made and a protein coffee

well no its not hot here only low 50's and still using heat on and off in Maine but that being said I have a hard time with fluids I drink most all my protein and just find I'm full from that so would love to hear ideas from others.
4. Weekend plans?
Just going to cook for the freezer its another wash out of a weekend here.

almost everything I drink has protein in it. I put it in my decaf in the morning then have a 25 oz crystal light with a 1/2 scoop before lunch and one in the afternoon. Lately I have added a decaf protein iced coffee before supper. then I end the day with a protein shake around 9. That gets me over 100 oz.

1. did you do your vits this morning? I have done my morning batches and have the afternoon with me.
2. what did you have for breakfast? Protein Decaf Coffee made with Syntrax Nectar Cappuccino Protein
3. Have you increased your fluids now that is it hot? Any tips for others? Yes, I usually increase mine in the summer time. Especially if I go walking or jogging. If you don't like plain water, try adding something like Crystal Lite - try different flavors until you find one you like. It really helps you get it down.
4. Weekend plans? Going to see DGD#1 and DGS this afternoon. Other than that, will probably work some this weekend. DH wants to paint our dining room - I think I'll work.... Hope to see DGD#2 sometime this weekend, they are coming home from the beach today.

Ellen, you are doing great. Keep working on the fluids. Look at what I wrote on an earlier post about how I get mine in and see if it will help you.

Yep, all of them and have my noon batch with me
2. what did you have for breakfast?
Vanilla protein shake with SF Coffee syrup added. Never could handle real food in the morning but I do miss my high octaine coffee
3. Have you increased your fluids now that is it hot? Any tips for others?
I have increased my fluids from 68oz to about 110oz a day. Usually 20oz bottle of water mixed with SF pink lemonade. I mix in 2 scoops of Unjury Strawberry Sorbet protein powder a couple times a day to up the protein. The ladies room is my friend.
4. Weekend plans?
Its supposed to be in the 100s here this weekend so I plan on staying inside. Saturday I have a much needed haircut and color (go away gray hair) and Sunday is chore day, laundry, cooking for the week and doing books for business.
