WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Well LW's....I'm 60 today and have a lot of mixed feelings about that. Thanks for the Birthday Wishes under Gina's post. I wrote a response there. I soooo wish I would have had WLS years earlier but I'm so thankful for the difference it has made in my life. I'm not a young chicken anymore (did that age me...LOL) and I know it has made my life so much healthier and rewarding. For those of you who made this major change at a younger age...TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT!!!!!

After all the eating I did yesterday, I wasn't hungry for dinner. Ate 2 bites of steak and some mashed cauliflower Scale was down another 1/2 lb today which shocked me after all I ate. While mostly what I ate was good, it was still quite a bit.
Today:
B - 2 scoop protein coffee
L - ham/cheese rollups I also have a Smart Ones dinner... but may not be eating it.
D - not sure
Vits: yes also trying to make sure I get my calcium since I've pretty much cut out all dairy...
Water: doing good.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
