Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period.

It's Friday LW's!!!   Casual day at work so I got to get up and grab my favorite pair of jean capris.  Going to Kennywood Amusment Park tomorrow with the family.  Oh that evils that can be found at that park....funnel cakes, fresh cut fries, waffle cones....it's a good thing my DH is a good sharer for only 1 bite.  He's not selfish he just has his orders not to offer me a second bite.  With all of the grandkids being there I will be lucky to even get close enough for a smell....LOL.

Ellen, do you not like protein drinks?  that would help your protein and fluids.  With the tiny amounts you can eat these days, you are going to have a hard time getting enough protein.

I am so sick of them . Of course, I know I should be having at least one a day. That's why I eat a cup of Greek yogurt a day. Should try them again...

BTW, you asked me about my knitting. I have only been knitting cabled scarves since I always felt I was too fat for a custom sweater, but that day is approaching when I can start a beautiful sweater. Do you have any easy patterns to share?

Cables are way beyond me.  I only do easy!!!!  but you are right, it is so much fun to knit for me know because I can actually finish something.  I am just finishing my 4th sweater this year.  I can't believe it.  Most of my patterns are free from Lion Brand.  The one I am finishing now is Patons, a free hanging one at Michaels.  I don't know if you can look it up but it is Project Sheet #30263.  I'll look up the others and send the numbers to you.

Water cardio is suppose to be good for you and not so hard on your body.  Where are you headed for this weekend?

Sounds Good Price!
