Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period.

Trying not to take extra bites of anything this week!   It is soooo easy to go back to bad habits!!!!

I hear ya on the bad habits.

I had a short walk in new shoes at lunch today and now have the blisters to prove it... it hate new shoes!! :-(

Ouch!  I hate new shoes too! My brown sandals really need to be replaced but I just can't bring myself to do it because these are so comfortable.

I love crackers so they are on my do not take the first bite list.

Hi Roz,

Its raining like mad in Sacramento and I'm so grateful that I work in an office.  I made my lunch and snacks this morning and then forgot them at home.  My building has a cafeteria that has a sandwich counter so maybe I can get some lunch meat and cheese.

B:  Vanilla protein shake with SF Coffee syrup  30g

S: No

P: No

L:  I have no idea

S: No

P: No

D: 1/4cup ground turkey w/quinoa and cottage cheese maybe some green beans

S: chocolate protein shake 30g

Not a good day for food or protein

Water - working on 3rd 20oz bottle w/ SF pink lemonade

Vitamins, calcium, biotin and flax seed oil

5'6" HW: 285/ Surgery weight: 265/ GW: 145

Lunch meat and cheese is always my go to when I forget my lunch or don't plan anything.  It looks like you are planning to start and  and end the day good!

HI Roz!  Snacking gets me too at times  I find I do best with NO snacks.

B - 1 1/2 scoop protein coffee

S - 3 ham/cheese rollups

L - baked chicken leg/thigh

D - not sure.

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?
