It's hard for me to remember but I think mine started somewhere about 4 months out. About all you can do is take your vitamins and Biotin and Pray it isn't too bad. Mine actually came in a lot thicker.

Ok is about as good at it got today. Went to a memorial service for a friends husband who was the same age as DH. DH still isn't doing well, can't keep his O2 level up without added oxygen. Ate horribly at the service, yuck. I think I have gotten into poisen ivy. At least I did get to muscle pump and work out some stress and carbs.
