I'm back. Had a great week at my parents house and only gained 1 pound!! We ate out a lot. Back on track today.

We had a pretty relaxing weekend. The heat kept us at home. We even missed DGD's ballgame yesterday.

Hi Roz - back from vacation!
I was up 1.5 lbs this morning. I ate pretty good until the last few days. Not sure why I threw reason to the wind... I don't think it would have made a huge difference in the scale, but you never know...
Need to get back on track. I need to decarb again... this time I will definitely notice the effects.
I have a massage scheduled for after work and a chiro appt. My neck and hip are killing me... not sure if it was just from all the riding, or what, but it seems like the helmet was heavy this time - same one I've worn all along.

L - atkins bar and lean cuisine beef/broccoli dinner
D - A few pieces of bacon. I baked some chicken but by the time it was done, it was pretty late, so I brought it for lunch. I was so busy I didn't even miss eating!!

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

There were a lot of bikes out this weekend and I was thinking about you. I think that would kill my back. There isn't much room on a bike to reposition. I would think the massage and Chiro should help some.
Linda just got back from vacation too and she said she was up a pound. Getting back on track is so much easier for me now.
It looks like you started the day off on track!

I got on the scale this morning and I'm back to my "pre vacation" weight - which I'm happy about. Now to "keep on doing it" to get down another 5 lbs!

Another day in Paradise errr work I mean. Noticed this morning my hair is starting to really fall out... OH JOY.
B: Protein Shake (Vanilla with SF Coffee syrup) 30g
S: nothing
L: 1/4 cup ground turkey w/ quinoa and lf Greek yogurt to moisten
P: Water with 2 scoops Unjury protein powder in sf pink lemonade 42g
S: a few fresh Raspberries and lf Greek yogurt
D: 3 oz grilled chicken breast with green beans
S: Protein Shake 30g
