Last week  124

this week     124

I'm fine with that.

Glad the added fat worked for you.  I get jealous of the fat you guys can eat.  I love mayo, butter, etc.

I too wish we could eat that kind of fat.  I've always had to monitor fat when dieting.  Now it is carbs too.

I eat fat. I don't think fat makes you fat. I think it really is mostly calories in and calories out. But fat and protein calories "hold" you better. I only watch protein to make sure I get enough and carbs to make sure I don't get too many and I never pay attention to fat. As long as I don't eat more calories than I burn, this works out to 1/3 of my calories from protein, 1/3 from fat and 1/3 from carbs and I maintain.

Price, you held steady. That works.

Yeah, being able to eat full fat is one of the things I like best about my surgery.

I am really starting to believe that eating breakfast is really bad for me. I can eat eggs at different time of the day but for breakfast I get to visit the porcelain throne and I think I really clean myself out. So I guess I will have to have my protein drinks for breakfast. I keep trying different items but i keep getting the same results...porcelain throne. I recheck my wt and sure enough I am down a pound 177.5 can I count that as my "this week wt"?

Yes, you can! Sorry for how you got that one tho. Eggs aren't everyone's friend.
