Any Lightweight's had revision surgery?
Just wondering if anyone under 220 lbs has had revision surgery? How was the weight lost process, how long it took to get to goal weight or close to goal? I am 4'11 so anything over 200 lbs is still alot for me. I am having a revision from Lap-band to RNY but I would like to hear from any revision type. Thanks!
Welcome!!! I didn't have a revision but wanted to welcome you to our LW Board. I had an RNY and it has been the best decision I have ever made! I am also 4'11 and I weighed 203 when I started but maintain around 119.
I know we have some revisions on here so I'm sure someone will answer your post.

We have had several lap band to sleeve or RNY on here (maybe even DS)....would suggest you re-phrase your post to that and maybe they will post replies. From what I have read, revision from band may mean slower loss post revision but you should still lose and do well.
Good luck!!!

p.s. this is an awesome board so stick around!
Welcome.
No revision here but another shortie. I got as low as 111 but have settled at 124. You will be surprised!!! the highest weight I claim is 220 but I'm sure I was more than that at times when I wouldn't get close to a scale!!!

I may have posted to you on another forum...san't remember, but anyway. I converted from a 3 year old VSG to DS in March. Loss has been slow but it was slow with the Vsg too. not at goal yet, still 37# away. I have lost about 15 since the ds. The thing is ,that I AM losing. had stopped losing with VSG alone and couldn't budge the scale no matter what.
I am also 4'11 and know what you mean about anything over 200. I think anything over 100# (my goal weight) is going to be too much but we shall see.
