BMI already down to 31!

Saw the Surgeon last Friday. 35 pounds down since 2 weeks pre op(5 weeks ago) and already down to a 31 BMI. Taking it very slowly with the pureed food. Still experiencing some pain when I get up from sitting or laying down, but not even taking Tylenol.

Awesome Job!!! I'm glad you are taking it slow. As long as you are getting your Protein in take it slow on the food.

Fantastic! I has to feel great and as hard as this:) I would be doing the happy dance:) Happy to hear good news!! I'm 3 weeks out and am hoping to feel so much better at 5 weeks! This is tough.
