Thanks for posting this. It pretty much confirms what I have found to be true for myself. I have managed to lose weight and even keep it off without any structured exercise. However, I find that the more I move the more energy I have and the better I feel emotionally. I can honestly say that I the activity I do has nothing to do with wanting to lose weight or even firming up my body, as I have so much loose skin that I would have to develop a huge amount of muscle to fill it out. I do it because I finally found something I enjoy doing and don't fight all the time and I like the way I feel after I do it.
