job interview

Where my daughter used to work before becoming a stay at home mom, she was told that they would keep her in mind if something comes up that she might be interested in doing. Its an evening position and she wouldn't see her hubby if she took it. She told me about it and I have an interview tomorrow. The only problem I have is what to wear I hate to buy something only to have it get baggy on me. My scrubs won't work because its not in medical field but maybe scrubs pants and some other top. I will give it some thoughts when I am on the treadmill, that will make the time go by. Might have to stop at the thrift store on the way home. Several good things about this position...I really don't have to think, be away from hubby when he is snacking at night and brining in so cash to help with the bills.

good luck on your interview.  kiss

I love shopping at Thrift Store.  Maybe too much.  Now that I am not changing sizes, I have too many clothes.  Oh, well. They were all cheap because real stores send me into sticker shock.

I am with you Price...I think I am addicted to thrift stores as well and need to have a garage sale as the lowest weight clothes feel a little tight (sad but true).  My friend is having a sale this weekend so I think I will join her; I still have all my old shoes that are now too big so I can add them to the pile.

Good luck at the job interview....hit the store soon as you cane find some great finds and enjoy the slimmer you!

I really didn't think that my feet would get so thin and need new shoes. I am ok for now with them but come this fall I will need smaller shoes

I "found" 3 outfits one is a nice blouse and pants, the other is light gray pant suit (a quick sew to take the pants in so they won't look so baggy) with a white top and another pant suit... "orange" (its not a bright orange) with brown fancy buttons jacket and brown pants which needs to be shorten.
