Hi Roz - I was in an all day meeting so ended up having some chocolate in the afternoon - I was pretty well behaved 'til then... I hope I don't have a near death experience in bathroom tonight as a result!! I did some Step this afternoon on the highest level the Step goes to and that really got my heart rate pumping - must've been in the 170s, but I've mislaid the strap for my heart rate monitor!! :-S

The packing continues. I'm getting things done in record time. No one here to get in my way and slow me down. :)
Everything I own (beside clothes) is on display in my living room for people to peruse. And of course all the furniture is for sale too. If everything goes well, I'll be staying with my sister a few days next week and a few with Scott, since I hope not to have a bed anymore.
