I know I read it here on the lightweights board but I don't remember who.  I never have heard of slider foods and was surprise to find that cottage cheese is one of them. Last week or so I was having a bottomless pit when it came to eating and I was having cottage cheese or applesauce thinking that might take the edge off and it wasn't helping at all.  Thanks for the post and the article that had a link....very interesting. Now I know better and will plan better.  Thank you!!

Cottage cheese and yogurt are my 2 big ones.  I might as well not eat because I am hungry immediately after, even when I mix protein powder in.

Never gave any thought to sliders, but you have made me realize that I basic live on sliders.  I drink protein coffee and eat lots of yogurt.  I stand in the refrig and think I want something solid.  Today I ate tuna salad when I was having that feeling.  What do you eat???
