OT low blood preasure
The whole time I was in the hospital for my SI joint surgery my BP readings were really low. Like 85-95 over 45-55 I asked about it and nobody seemed concerned. One of the nurses aids actually tried to take it on the other arm to keep from having to record the low numbers, but it was just as low on the other arm. I asked my recovery room nurse how low was too low and he told me "when you stop talking to me" Pre WTL RNY I was just starting to have high BP. Should I be concerned and follow up with my PCP?

Not a bad idea to follow up with your PCP. My BP is naturally that low, so you're not in any danger in my opinion. But again, since it's not normal for you, contact if it doesn't resolve itself. Glad that this is your primary concern after surgery.

Nope not lightheaded. (or lighthearted lol) I get in all my fluids now days. Plus I had an IV running, so I think I can rule out dehydration, but thanks for the idea.

When I was still on BP meds and wanting to get off of them, while I was awaiting an appt with my PCP to discuss it and officially get off of them, a nurse told me that if my diastolic went below 60, to quit taking them. It never did, but just wanted to pass that on. I've noticed my BP is very low now too, sometimes as low as yours. I'm going to check into it. Let us know what you find out, if anything.
I am 99% sure my diastolic was below 60 always during my stay. I will inquire with my PCP, they have an online portal where I can ask them and see if it warents an appointment.

Mine was also very low after my knee surgery and procedure afterwards and no one seemed concerned but me. I had been on BP meds for many many years before WLS. These days it hangs our about 115/65 with no meds. Wouldn't hurt to check but I imagine it is fine. They don't seem to have meds for low BP.
My mother's BP was low and she drank coffee and smoked. We always said she wouldn't have any bp without those.
