I ate too much today because the antibiotics were making me nauseous...but at least I didn't eat carbs and sugar when it happened!

B: Egg "taco" egg + 2 whites, low carb tortilla, slice cheese, enchilada sauce
L: shrimp and ****tail sauce
S: protein shake
D: ribs and cauliflower rice

Some iced coffee with heavy cream in there...under 20 net carbs and will prob have another shake.

Hi guys,
Happy Father's Day!  Hubby is going to play golf this morning and I'm cooking for a crowd. We'll have an afternoon of good eats and grandbabies. : )

S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and slivered almonds and a protein coffee (30g)
L - BBQ country style ribs, corn on the cob, salad or greens, blackberry cobbler and ice cream
