WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY TO THE MEN IN OUR LIVES!!! My Dad passed away at the age of 46 and I was pregnant with our first child. I soooo wish my girls could have met him. My DH is the most wonderful Dad, Husband and Pappy that anyone could ever hope for.
We had a wonderful time at the wedding last night. I did have 3 small cookies spaced out so I wouldn't dump. I skipped the wedding cake but wish I had a piece this morning....LOL. The food was wonderful. Stuffed Chicken breast and the most tender roast beef I think I have ever had. I skipped the pasta and rolls. I also took my shaker cup and enjoyed a Protein Drink.

It sounds like you did a great job at the wedding. I did ok at the dinner last night too. It was a pot luck and almost everyone brought desert. My cobbler/cake was a big hit.
Headed out to drive Halley, then Zumba this afternoon whicle the guys play golf.

I always laugh when I go to a pot luck and see the majority of the food is dessert. I use to rarely take a dessert but lately I have been taking a hot dish and a SF dessert.

Good morning Roz - great job at the wedding! Those type of events are hard to stay on track.
So the preparations for my move has begun. Today I'm going through my clothes looking for clothes to donate, especially those I haven't worn all year and those that are too big since I've lost weight. Looking forward to the purge.

35 pounds of regain!!! 30 lost!!! Just a little more to go.
Helping taking care of the little ones helps keep my mind off of food. Last night I moved all of my winter clothes to another closet and I'm thinking I need to get rid of some of those too. I was so excited about my new slimmer look that I bought some of my clothes to fit and with the few bounce back pounds I've accumulated I'm not as comfortable as I once was.......

Glad you were able to use self control at the wedding - I on the other hand didn't this morning and I've been paying for the indiscretion of having a couple of cookies all day today - gurgles et al. I won't be doing that again any time soon. They were the first real cookies I've had post DS (nearly 11 months out now, so I guess once a year isn't too bad).

try not to have them for another year and you will be much better off. Sometimes I know I'm going to be sick and I eat them any how. I get so mad at myself right after I do it.
