Yeap...my version of low carb is 90-110 cause I count ALL carbs not just net carbs. I've added more fat to help the constipation. And only the last 2-3 days with no protein coffee cause I ran out...got it today.

Hi Liz,

Hope you have a wonderful birthday today and many many more!!

130 last week

128.5 this morning - hooray.

I have really cut most of the snacks and night time eating out and only doing my protein drinks, lunch and supper.  Today is my off day - so I'll probably be higher in the morning.

Can't remember what I weighed a month ago.  172?

Today: 169

I did see 165 earlier this week!  I was doing so well, then I snarfed down chocolate (hidden in yogurt), too many calories, too many nuts.  I'm back on track now.

The chocolate is in my frig...  whispering my name though.  Hate that for me.

chocolate in frig only whispering your name....if it was in mine it would be yelling either for me or my hubby. You are doing good

Playing in a new decade...congrats.

I'm getting my chocolate fix in the fat bombs...and since I use cocoa powder and sweeten with honey...it's not too bad.

OK.  I did a search for "fat bomb" to see if it was chatted about before.  All I got were many complaints about how fat causes people to 'drop bombs' so to speak.  I was sure you didn't mean that.

What is a fat bomb?
