WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Hi Roz,
A little cloudy here in Denver. And a bit cool which I'll take. Had a phone interview with a company in NY which went really well. Also arranged for my car to be shipped and booked my one way flight to NY. Little by little I'll get it done. Oh and I made up 4 bags of clothes for GoodWill.

D: 1/2 of a PF Chang's dinner for two (a little carb heavy, but that's all I've got in the house)

Can you catch me up on things? You are moving to NY for a new job or looking for a job? Is that where your family is from (you mentioned moving in with them). What does boyfriend think of all of thing?
I'm not sure what you had for dinner but it doesn't sound like the day was to bad.

Sure, my pleasure,
Moving to NY because I haven't found a job in Denver. Most of my family is in the NY area so I'll be staying with them while I search for a job. While the mountains are beautiful in Denver, I am most excited to be back near the beach.
My boyfriend is sad about my move, but frankly he wasn't ready to commit the way I needed him to. And, so I made the courageous decision to leave, because I can't stay for him.
Dinner was low cal and low carb :)
