Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period.

Good Morning LW's!!!   I got things caught up at work so hopefully I can get time to read some posts during lunch.  Are any you addicted to  playing candy crush?  I am guilty!  I'm so addicted I don't even stop to eat.

I've never had the pleasure of Candy Crush, thankfully my solitaire addiction has gone (I'd forgotten about it 'til now).

I didn't get any excercise in today.  I kinda felt tired, but when people started telling me I looked tired then I really felt it - you know like when a toddler trips, if you don't fuss then they may be OK but if you start fussing they'll probably ball.  All I can say is TGINF!! ;-)

We are having severe tstorms and a tornado warning now (in VA)... when they say take cover... all my team ran to look out the window... kids...

That's funny because I actually got some playing lives from you (at least I thought I did)   I have been sending you requests because I thought you played.....sorry!

We've had a little rain.

My DD is terrified of storms.  She couldn't handle living or working somewhere who wa**** all of the time with them.

Looks like you are still decarbing....Awesome!

Hi Roz,

I'm addicted to it too, not as bad as I was for a long time.  I can actually put it down now and walk away from it...

DD and DGD#2 came and we went to lunch today and that was nice since I had not seen them in a couple of weeks.

It is so hot here already.

I finally beat level 65 last night so  I think the obsession should calm down a little.  It was driving me crazy....LOL.

A couple of weeks....wow...now that would drive me crazy! 

Have you tried the Carbquik muffins frozen (slightly thawed)....WOW  they are good!  I might have to move them to the basement freezer!

I do play but I refuse to spend any money on it so when I run out of lives, I have to stop.

You don't have to spend money to get free lives from your facebook friends....befriend me (Linda E.)!  With all of the cheer parents I get about 40 extra lives a day.  What level are you on?
