Gratitude Journal
As I went through this message board for the last few days, I was confounded by the knowledge and support we show each other. For this I am truly grateful.
I am also grateful for my tool. Even four years out I'm still able to work it.
Lastly, as of late, I am more grateful for my family than ever. Moving back home is going to be tough. But its an option I am privileged to have.
What are you grateful for?

Grateful that I was able to have WLS and got my life back.
Grateful that we have this wonderful group who have supported me through the journey and that I can give back the support to those coming after me.
Grateful for my family. A friend just lost her DH who is the same age as mine. Pretty scarey. Don't know what I would do without him.
Grateful I have a profession and business that lets me play enough to keep me sane.

I truly feel so blessed that it scares me sometimes. I am so grateful for my family. I am grateful for being raised in the home I was raised in and the values and love that my parents taught me and gave to me. I am so thankful that I still have both my parents and they are in good health.
I am very grateful for my tool that has really changed the quality of my life and allowed me to do things I only dreamed about.
I am so thankful for my job which I absolutely love 99.9% of the time. I am grateful for my DH who has always loved me unconditionally and stood by me through our lives together even when it was really tough. I am grateful that my children have turned into responsible adults, have married good, loving people and love their children with all their hearts!
I can't think about it too long or I will cry. God has been so good to me.

I also have much to be grateful for, I am truly blessed. What comes to mind first is that DH only has pneumonia and it wasn't something worse. He is also on the mend. I was able to get WLS and have now reached my goal weight and have the ability to enjoy an active lifestyle. I am blessed with a great family, wonderful friends, and this website for support. There really is to much to list, I'd have to write a book.
I'm grateful for my family. I have a great sister and cousin who are my best friends. They always remind me life is short - go for the gold. And their doors are always open if I need to go back home.
I am so glad that my plans worked out this past year for the surgery, quitting my job, the COBRA, and the projects that I've completed so far. Thank you Lord for not letting anything drop in the middle of that stressful time, and allowing me to sleep through the night most of the time.
I'm no longer diabetic, so the quality of my life has increased by 5 times. I'm pleased with the DS and my progress - even though I whine and snivel about stalls.
This board is really nice to have. Very supportive, entertaining, and educational. Thanks for being there. You touch lives in a big way.
