What is a light weight?
Welcome!
A lightweight is typically someone who has a BMI of 35-45 or less than 150 lbs to lose. HOWEVER, we don't turn anyone away from this group...if you are wanting a place to ask questions and had all surgeries represented...this is the place.

We all have that surprise that we're lightweights. You're considering having surgery because you've lost/gained the weight numerous times, you have comorbidities that you need to get rid of... (just guessing).
Trust me - it will be the best thing you've ever done for yourself!!

Yeah, I was just kidding above. No comorbidities though. I actually weigh 35 pounds less than I guessed. Was always afraid to step on the scale. You guys made me do it. ;)
Welcome. You qualify, but we don't turn folks away if they want to hang around. We just have some differences from our heavier friends.
