When I move home...
When I move back to my parents house temporarily, I will have MANY temptations and pressure to eat my Mom's home cooking.
But I am standing strong. There are no snacks in my house, so I'll just ignore them at their house. There is a gym down the street from me here, so I'll join a gym there even if on a month to month basis. I eat small portions here that are relatively low carb, I won't be pressured into mashed potatoes and seconds.
I will not regain my regain. In fact I'm going to continue to lose!!
Take that temptation!!!

Yea, that would be tempting - especially if they try to get you to eat the carbs.
Here is a thought.... don't spend too much time there. Go out and exercise, walk the city, spend lots of time with your friend and brother, go out and see things.
Dang - my family always makes the carby casseroles that I crave! Wow, I miss pasta....
You will find a new and renewed strenght, I know. Remember will power is a muscle that gets stronger with use. So use it often and it will continue to serve you well.
