A relaxing day here in Sacramento. Doing laundry and recovering from yesterday (complete with heat stroke) at the Horse Expo but it was so much fun until then. Sacramento reached 108 yesterday.

Hi Roz - I know what you mean about working around the house/yard. I'm exhausted! This weekend has been non-stop, unfortunately my foot is reminding me it's not perfect yet. I got SO MUCH DONE - what an awesome feeling. While I'm tired I couldn't have done this level of activity 5 years ago... My son and his girlfriend will come over tomorrow and spend time with me then I'll take them to the airport to leave again.. *sigh* never enough time...
Oh - and I'm down 4 lbs for the week!! YEA! extremely low carbing... it works...
B - coffee and steak (weighed it - 3.5 oz) was going to also have eggs but was full after the steak
