Define low carb eating to start losing again
I was losing at one point when I needed to be. I'm trying not to lose right now as I feel thin enough and have parts of my body that I don't want any thinner.
I don't focus on carbs per se. My goal is always to get at least 100 g of protein (as I need that much to keep my protein levels up) but 125 to 150 g is better and, if I want to lose, to eat at least 250 calories a day less than I burn most days. If I want to maintain, my goal is to eat closer to what I burn most days instead of eating to a deficit.
I don't have a particular carb goal, but I tend to eat around 125 g of carbs these days. (My average over the past 4 weeks was 131 g.) I also try to avoid processed food and sugar. I have found that, if I get in all the protein I need, and keep my calories to what they need to be, pick healthy foods most of the time, the carbs take care of themselves.

Not RNY here but maybe something will strike a cord. I could only get the scale moving by staying around 30 grams of net carbs a day for 2 weeks straight. Then I was able to have a few 50 gram days and still lose or maintain. I guess I was more Atkins maintenance than Atkins induction because I would eat green veggies.

In the bodybuilding world where I dabble, the most effective means of "cutting" (losing for shows) is carb cycling. For example, they make do one day at 100g, the next at 25, then 50g, then 100g and repeat the cycle.
I lose more stating consistently low carb, but its a thought if you have a particular day you do high intensity exercise every week.
