Define low carb eating to start losing again
Do you mean Atkins induction, south beach style, Atkins maintenance (as far as counts are concerned)?
I am trying to start losing again.

Most of us shoot for 50g of carbs or less. It's tough, but worth it. I usually land higher than that, but I'm seeing results with still high protein but very low calorie intake and exercise.
Good luck

35 pounds of regain!!! 30 lost!!! Just a little more to go.
Yeah, if you want to lose weight faster, like at the beginning.......just eat protein and very little of anything else.
For me, I'm close to goal and am able to eat 1200 calories and normal amounts of carbs/fat and still lose 1-2 pounds per week because I work out a lot and I think, I hope, it's because I'm giving my body the stuff it needs to run efficiently. I think for me, this will transition easily into maintenance. I've hit what I think is 'maintenance mode' a month or two ago, up at 1300-1500 calories when I first started working out. But my weight loss stalled so I cut back to 1200 cals. I'm happy making my proportioned meals and snacks and imagining the carbs and fats and proteins working together in perfect harmony...and glad I can still lose weight with this amount. In the past when I was heavy, whenever I went on a "diet" it was 1200 calories. That's the minimum The Powers That Be said we should ever eat. I wonder if after a while, we are "normal" again and can follow that kind of advice/plan. I have no idea, I'm only 8 months post-op.
In any case, you'll probably have to fiddle with your food/numbers/intake to see what works--weight loss-wise, energy-wise, etc.
Then right when you have it figured out, something will change and you'll have to reassess again :) And again. And again :)
Let us know how it goes!
I tried to stay 30 net or less. I still basically eat the same.

Just curious. You count net carbs. Whattdo you think your "non net" carb level is? I have been thinking about switching to counting net carbs instead of just carbs. My regular carb level isn't particularly low, but I am losing well. i am guessing my net carbs are pretty low. My carbs tend to be fruits, veggies and oatmeal

I just removed the fiber total from my total carbs and use that as my net. I know some folks do sugar alcohols and other stuff but fiber is easy. I eat very few fruits, maybe strawberries or blueberries once or twice a week, grains are only carbquick these days and very few starchy veggies. I love beans but they give me gas so I try not to do those when I have exercise classes. the fruits are killers with carbs. One orange has my days total.

Officially, anything under 200 g is considered low carb by the established nutritional experts. Most people I know who eat the standard 20% protein 50-60% carb, 20-30% fat diets are eating way more carbs than that!
However, most low carb diets have you at much lower levels than 199 grams of carbs!
I tend to run around 150 g when I'm not working out, 175 g when I am.
