I'm off today.  DH and I went visiting at the nursing home today since I haven't done it yet this week.  I am off on the weekends, but usually have to do a little work at home.

I hope you enjoyed your day off.  My Mom used to visit nursing homes and now that she is getting close to being in one she refuses to even talk about it.  I think we are going to have to do something soon.

YUM.... a BLT sounds great!   I might just have to get a tomato and make one of those (on toast ).

Fruity flavored yogurts don't stay with me, but plain greek does. I like to put some fresh fruit or walnuts in it.  I eat spme about everyother day.

B Scrambled egg with mushrooms and cheese, watermelon

S turkey pepperoni and almonds

S greek yogurt with walnuts and a drip of honey

D steak, broccoli and brown rice

I wonder why the flavored Greek would be different than the plain.  Is it because of the real fruit and walnuts?  I have always hated ALL yogurts so I'm excited that I can eat this.  I eat lots of things that don't stay with me so at least these have 12 grams of protein and low calories.

I think the unflavored seems thicker and more substantial.  The flavored goes down so easy i could eat alot more.

Right around 100g right now. The Greek yogurt has about 20g- thank goodness! I can do one protein shake a day but I like to eat my food!
