Anchoring myself on my weight loss.
I've really been struggling these past few weeks. Not sure whether I'm going to have to go live with family in NY because I haven't gotten a job yet in Denver. Patiently waiting for my guy to ask me to room with him temporarily. Not patiently waiting for several leads to pan out on jobs. Managing one of my meds that made me toxic to the point of vomiting and convulsions.
All good stuff right?
The silver lining is that I'm down even more to 184.5 yesterday and today. That makes my weigh loss in the last year (post regain) 20lbs. And, just 15 pounds away from my goal of 170 (my post surgery low).
Thank god that my hard work is paying off on the scale. If not, I'd be pulling my hair out for sure.

35 pounds of regain!!! 30 lost!!! Just a little more to go.
We tie so much of our self to what work we are doing. I know not having a job is hard on lots of fronts. Hopefully it will work out soon.
Congrats on the weight loss. You are doing great getting it back off.

I am very happy for you. Great that there is a silver lining, due to hard work of course, in your present and future.
Keep your head up and nose to the grind. Sounds like you have a lot on the table. Remember that all things flow in cycles and right now your job situation is just that.
Great work on the weight loss.
