I made it to 135! Well 135.5! But I'll take it! I never thought I was going to make goal! Yaaay! Oh my I should Make another goal?? 130! I wouldn't want to go below that then I lose my curves 😉. I'm so excited! I'm a 34-29-36. Them dam hips, but they're too the bone. Anyway happy happy Wednesday!

But I would go as low as you can....bounceback is REAL and a *****!!! While you might lose the curves for a bit, they will come back.

Oh no, I'm not going toward maintenance yet. I would love to get to 125, but I didn't want to set my hopes to high. Especially seeing how nuts I went over getting to 135. Now I am ok with myself and I think I won't stress as much... Unless I go the other way 😱. See y'all for Sunday weigh in see if still in the goal area!
When I got to a normal BMI, instead of setting another goal, I just decided to keep on keeping on and let my body decide. I got to 111 which was way low for me but still within normal. Bounce back is real and my body seems to want to be around 124 these days. When I did a body scan, I was underfat (can you believe there even is such a thing) but overweight according to BMI charts. So I figure I am ok here even if I am on the verge of overweight.
So just keep on keeping on and see where you end up. You may get pretty guante looking for a while but end up wonderful.

That is wonderful!! Don't be to hard on your hips, if you didn't have them you wouldn't have curves LOL So happy for you!!
