CONGRATS...

But I would go as low as you can....bounceback is REAL and a *****!!! While you might lose the curves for a bit, they will come back.

Oh no, I'm not going toward  maintenance yet. I would love to get to 125, but I didn't want to set my hopes to high. Especially seeing how nuts I went over getting to 135. Now I am ok with myself and I think I won't stress as much... Unless I go the other way 😱. See y'all for Sunday weigh in see if  still in the goal area!

When I got to a normal BMI, instead of setting another goal, I just decided to keep on keeping on and let my body decide.  I got to 111 which was way low for me but still within normal.  Bounce back is real and my body seems to want to be around 124 these days.  When I did a body scan, I was underfat (can you believe there even is such a thing) but overweight according to BMI charts.  So I figure I am ok here even if I am on the verge of overweight.

So just keep on keeping on and see where you end up.  You may get pretty guante looking for a while but end up wonderful.
