Nursing school was the beginning of my wt gain and then I worked either in a Dr's office or nursing home where people would bring food in for us and I had to have my fair share of the goodies. I still haven't figured out why I had to have my fair share which was really much more than what I wanted or need and then came the inactivity d/o back pain and now I am on the road of good health.
