Yeah, my back likes to spasm most of the night...and at times, my legs go numbih...I know I need the surgery but want to get moved first.

Yes I know I am late, I need to be more discipline in posting on Sundays and as many days during the week.
The research if you don't get enough sleep you will stay the same or go up is true. I woke up this morning and counted the hours of sleep I decided I needed another 2 hours of sleep. I don't need to stay the same or go up. I have even know people who had gotten up stepped on the scale and went back to bed and then back on the scale and it went down 0.5. So I believe that about the sleep. Hmmm is that why I gained wt while in nursing school?!
