I've been doing some research...what may be affecting my weight is my lack of sleep...

At least you went down this week.
There is research out there stating lack of sleep can cause weight gain or at least stop weight loss.

137. I'm still at it ! I have decided this is my set point. As long as I don't gain I am happy with this size. I went out last night and had 5, five men ask me if I were single ! And they were hot guys! Never in my life have I had that. I was told I was "very sexy" and when I would pass by them they would say hello pretty lady! These were the type of guys , back in the day I wish would even look at me. Now their buying me drinks , giving me compliments! It felt so good and so flattering. We also met our friends at this get together and I had nt seem them since August. I had so many "wows" my eyes filled with tears. One comment was " I thought you were hot when you were heavy now your smoking hot"! I can't list all the compliments I received and invites to their cabins if I changed mind! It made me very greatful for the man in my life who has loved me thick and thin and paid for me to have this surgery. By the way he also benefitted from last evening , all the beers I recieved he drank! He also eats my food so people don't notice how little I eat . Anyway enough rambling! Happy Sunday!
The NSV's are far better than the weight!
And those NSV's are great.

Liz,
I wonder with the move, the back pain issues and not sleeping is keep your stress hormones level up and the pounds on. I know how frustrating it is to see the scale going up. Hang in there, swinging critters here for you.
