Back on track today after my trip yesterday. Rainy here but that's ok because we were getting pretty dry. The ponies will have another day off but the garden will be happy. Zumba this after noon.
decaf protein coffee 33g
eggs w/ cheese
hot chocolate protein 25g
veggie burger, cheddar carbquick bun
lemon tea protein 13g
polish sausage, kraut
carbquick cinnamon bun
fish, salad
protein shake 33g
the cinnamon bun is a different recipe than the one Linda had. It is on the inside of the box.
1/2c butter
1/2c brown sugar sweetner
nuts
cinnamon
2c carbquick
1/3c applesauce, SF
1/3c half and half
put 2t butter, 2t sugar subt a shake of cinnamon and a few nuts in each hole in a muffin pan. Heat til bubbly in the oven. 450
mix applesauce, cream and carbquick into soft dough and divide into muffin tin. Cook 10 min, turn upside down to release while still hot.
I used regular sweetner and heavy cream and water, needed more than 1/3c to make a soft dough, instead because it was what I had. I reduced the heat to 400 and cooked about 15min. very good and very easy. Not low calorie with all the butter and cream but low carb.

We have had a beautiful day. I think it's suppose to rain tomorrow. DD#1 got all of her plants done so they will like tomorrows rain. She only has 60' more to go....glad it's her and not me!
Thanks for the recipes. I didn't feel like baking today but your post makes me feel like I should be.
Like your variety today!

Hi Roz
I'm back to basics. Low carbing as low as you can go. My scale got up and slapped me in the face today. I'm on the cusp of "overweight" and that's just not acceptable. I go on vacation in 2 weeks and need to get down as much as I can.
Brunch - scrambled eggs with mushrooms/onions/green peppers with salsa. Coffee w/creamer (which won't be anymore)
Dinner - steak on the grill with grilled veggies (zucchini, onions, peppers, mushrooms)
S - protein decaf coffee
Vits: yes
Water: doing good

Sometimes we need a little reminder. Even though I know I swell in the summer and my weight reflects that I hate that extra 2 pounds on the scale so I have been really watching what I eat. I don't want them to stay permanently..
I remember you being determined before and you got the extra pounds off....you CAN do it again!!!
