Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period.

It's June Ladies and Gents!  It sickened me to hear that OK get hit with more tornadoes.  I haven'****ched the news this morning but I've been Praying.

VSG on Tuesday! Excited and scared.
I have already had 8 oz. water
Hopefully, three shakes and two bananas and some sf jello, broth, etc.
PLUS, I was already out riding my bicycle today!

Survived 2 graduation parties!!  First one ate 2 meatballs and a little fruit salad, second one drank water. Whew!

Rest today Gina (Sunday)!!!!   I'm still aching some from all of the mulching and cleaning the bathtub last weekend so I'm taking it easy this weekend. 

I keep wanting to pick up some pork rinds and I keep forgetting.

Got to get back into posting again, been a crazy week. Had a luncheon with 3 of my dearest friends yesterday. Menu all out of whack.

B Protein coffee 27g

S dannon low carb yogurt with vites

L smoke salmon over tossed greens with a sweet dressing strawberries cranberries and pecans.

1 small blueberry lemon scone and 2 chocolate covered strawberries.

If I didn't post every day I no for sure I wouldn't be maintaining as well as I am.

I'm envious....I don't really have friends to go out to lunch with.  I have been so wrapped up in my DD's lives that I never had time.  I love facebook and photos because I can reconnect with old friends.

At least you got your Protein in!
