WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period.

got the plants planted so that is done.
I have never been good at sitting and it seems to be getting worse, not better. I do slow down in the evenings and am in bed pretty early, 10pm but up with the chickens and busy all day.

Bad rainstorms and some flooding here in Northwest Pennsylvania. A couple tornado touchdowns in nearby towns, but no injuries thank God. We were actually so worried we headed to the basement.

I'm glad you are all safe and the tornado's passed over your area. We live around the Pittsburgh area and all we have had is light rain. I heard there were tornadoes in Erie, PA. That's about 2.5 hours north of us.
Sounds Good!

I live an hour south of Erie, there were 2 tornados one about 10 minutes away and one 30 miinutes away; With what happened in Oklahoma recently, tornados scare me. 28 years ago almost to the day a "super tornado' went through here and caused all kinds of damage and injuries. I was just pregnant with my first and I will never forget it.
