Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period.

Reminder-I am in my second week of pre op diet. Surgery 6/4, 9.6 lbs. down this past week.
Breakfast:mocha mint protein shake, 8 oz. skim milk
24 oz. Crystal Light
12 oz. chicken broth
This is what I have had so far. Oh, and 2 sf jellos
I will make a protein shake when I get home from the dr.
And hopefully another for dinner if I can stomach it.

Hi Roz - hope you had an awesome Memorial Day weekend!  Was a busy busy one for me.

My eats today aren't good....

B - fried potatoes and sausage gravy on wheat toast.  now... I didn't eat much of either tho.  My morning restriction is my best friend ;)

L - leftover - BBQ hamburg w/bacon and onions and 3 jalapeno poppers

D - Not sure.  It will probably be more leftovers from the weekend

Vits:  yes

Water:  doing pretty good

 

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months.

I have a lot of morning restriction too.  I loved fried potatoes!  If we go out to breakfast I always taken a bite from DH's plate.  I love the taste but I don't like the feel of grease in my mouth so that's enough to satisfy me.  That seems so funny because I lived on grease before WLS.

Drove Halley this morning then had meetings all afternoon.  Got work stuff done but never got the end of the plants put in.  There is always tomorrow.  I am eating kale out of the garden again and we can't keep up with the lettuce.  I'll be happy when I have more stuff coming in.

I think 2  tomato plants are all I'm going to plant and I think I'm even going to just plant them in a pot.

Some trail mix isn't too bad.  My problem is I can't stop.

I should probably be planning on having a bunless burger tonight but I'm not.  I have been craving a Burger King Jr. Whopper.  I eat so little carbs I think I will just enjoy it. I also doubt if I will be able to at it all.

Hello all, got my tomatoes planted yesterday. have little tiny baby spinach, kale lettuce and mustard greens coming up. Afraid my capacity not big enough to eat as much of these as i usually do. :(
